Gacha Life review
Gacha Life is a life simulation title inviting you to take part in numerous adventures together with its characters. Feel like a creator personalizing the characters and writing the stories for them. Try yourself as an author of dialogues too.
The full version for mobile is really well-done and can be quite addictive for a kid. It is made in an anime style with really beautiful details and environment. The visuals are full of bright colors. Enjoy a wide range of tools to create your story with different sceneries and circumstances.
How Does it Run? 8/10
The game can be played both online and offline so that you do not need a Wi-Fi connection to enjoy it. In general, it runs smoothly but if you play on an old mobile device, it may lag. If it happens, in order to continue you are suggested to restart the game.
As to controls, they are easy and you will master them without much effort.
Replayability, Plot, Gameplay 10/10
The title is supposed to be played by kids and comes with eight mini-games where you can play with the characters, earn gems to increase your stamina, and chat with other players.
There are a lot of things to do here. Even when you just dress up your character, you are expected to mix various details matching hues and styles. You can choose eyes, hairstyle, mouth – whatever. When the characters are ready, start to create a scene entering the text they are going to pronounce. If you are considered successful, you will get ranked on the Leaderboards. Compare the results with the performance of your friends.
In Life Mode, your character will explore the surroundings, make friends speaking with the others, and perform missions. You should collect gifts. There are over 100 gifts that can be added to your precious collection. Playing with friends you can present shirts, animals, and other items providing energy to continue communicating with those users you like. In this way, you advance a friendship level.
I really like the key idea of this game where you will create the characters dressing them up as you want. There are plenty of shirts, dresses, shoes and other items for design. There is even the Studio where you can create the scenes for your game applying any of the available backgrounds.
