The interface of this application is rather common resembling similar messaging applications. The layout is uncluttered and clean. The design is elegant and navigation is simple with minimum controls. You can perform various actions just making short and long taps. The expended chat list allows you to see more on the screen at a time.

So, using this app you will communicate with its users sending and receiving messages, files, apply stickers, call the people in your contact list and arrange group conversations. It is safe. Also, you can benefit from self-destructing messages and two-steps verification.
As to its functionality beyond basic purpose, Telegram offers useful options. It supports the group communication with up to 200 000 persons. There are channels allowing a user to broadcast his content to a wide audience – members of Telegram community. You can get an Instant View looking through the articles across the Internet without spending time on their loading. There is a single “but”: you will hardly like the fact that you are expected to provide your phone number when you sign in.

Telegram is developed with a focus on the mobile experience. First, you should sign in using your mobile device and only then you will be able to use a Desktop version or a browser. Registration is made by your telephone number. The process will take you a couple of minutes. Now you can use the app communicating with other users exchanging voice messages, texts, pictures, videos, sharing files, performing group messaging, and broadcasting.

Impressions
As to me, Telegram is in such a high demand compared with other messaging apps because it is rich in additional features. The second reason is its rather high security. Though, I’d say that the talks about its safety are exaggerated. There is a really cool Secret Chats feature but if you do not activate it, chatting will be protected with encryption only. Technically this is not the most advanced method but rather reliable.
